Visit Truckee-Tahoe is seeking a Video/Photo Content Creator to produce short-form videos and local photography for the organization’s digital use including and not limited to web pages, blog articles and social media. At times, assets may be used for print in addition to media requests. Assets produced will be owned by Visit Truckee-Tahoe.

Photos and video will range from timely, disposable for immediate visitor communications to long-term, evergreen messaging that reinforces stewardship principles and Truckee’s authentic small town vibe with access to world-class recreation and beautiful scenery. 

Seeking flexibility and ability to capture imagery or video on short-term notice, in addition to planned shoots with and without models. Contractor must have other clients for similar services. 

The ideal candidate is located in Truckee or North Lake Tahoe and shares a passion for balancing Truckee’s thriving tourism economy with community well-being and environmental protection.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation dependent on contractor rates.
