RAKKAN Ramen’s story began in 2011 as a small, four-seater ramen bar in Tokyo. In 2017, our passion to spread authentic Japanese ramen to the world led to RAKKAN’s first overseas location in Los Angeles, CA.

RAKKAN Truckee will open in mid September. We are building our team, and looking for collaborative and hard working servers and cooks  to join our team. Starting salary is $15.50 + tips, but variable based on position and level of experience.

Servers are responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drink to customers, assembling to-go orders and assisting with opening/closing procedures while ensuring a top notch customer experience.

Cooks are responsible for prep, line cooking (appetizer + noodle stations), cleaning dishes as necessary and opening/closing.

Prior experience is preferred but not required, and we are looking for folks that can grow with us as we grow the business. We offer flexible schedules, free on-shift meals and more.

Paid onsite training begins the week of September 10. Come join our team and help us serve delicious, affordable food to the Tahoe Truckee community! Please be 14+ years of age.
