We’re looking for a Landscaper/Grounds Worker to assist with cleaning and maintaining property grounds at various properties in the Truckee / North Tahoe area.

This is a full-time seasonal position through October, with the possibility of a year-round position for the right candidate.

The pay rate for this position is $22/hour.

The Grounds Worker I assists with:

Landscape Maintenance
Landscape Hardscape
Tree Work
Snow Removal – Ice Management
Dog Stations
Lake Maintenance
Janitorial

Qualifications for Grounds Worker I:

Entry Level Position
Ability to read general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to read/write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
Must have an understanding of how to operate a computer with Microsoft Office

The Grounds Worker II assists with:

Landscape Maintenance
Landscape Hardscape
Tree Work
Snow Removal – Ice Management
Dog Stations
Lake Maintenance
Janitorial
Irrigation Inspections/Repairs
Pool/Spa Daily testing/adjustments

Qualifications for Grounds Worker II:

2-5 years of experience
Must have CPO certification
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to read/write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
Must have an understanding of how to operate a computer with Microsoft Office
