Job Description – Home and Client Field Technician II
Mountain Lion Home Management & Concierge – Responsibilities Include:
  • Show up to work, be on time, work the full shift.
  • Conducting comprehensive home inspections looking for proper operation, critter issues, doors/windows are locked and lights are off and alarm is on
  • Preparing properties for arrivals and documentation
  • Keep up with correspondence
  • Some property repair, upkeep, pickup, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills are helpful and warrant additional compensation
  • Hot tub/Spa Check Maintenance (training provided)
  • Hand snow shoveling as needed with storms
Desired Competencies:
  • Attention to detail with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Confidentiality is paramount.
  • Capable of maintaining calmness and professionalism in stressful or challenging situations.
Requirements:
  • Personal cellphone is needed for the job as is basic computer knowledge.
  • Reliable transportation, clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Show up to work as scheduled in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility in the days task.
  • Our goal is to make clients home, toys, vehicles, etc. in perfect working order.
  • You may need to work with minimal supervision, be able to identify and document problems with homes.
  • We work in a team environment with a goal to exceed client expectations, predict and see problems and solutions.
  • Ability to shovel snow, lift/carry heavy objects, (50+ lbs) work inside/in weather and work in a team.
  • May be evening, weekend and holiday work but every effort is made to avoid these.
