Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for a Front of House Food and Beverage Supervisor to provide exceptional customer service while managing team members across multiple venues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous supervisory experience in Food and Beverage and Hospitality industries
• Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, while providing exceptional leadership
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have TIPS/Responsible Service of Alcohol training
• Must have ServSafe/Responsible Service of Food training
• Must have an understanding of Workplace Harassment, training and coaching

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Food costs, payrolls costs, and supply costs
• Food production
• Quality and consistency
• Supervision and training of kitchen staff
• Proper storage and rotation of incoming food supplies.
• Coordinating sanitation and energy consciousness
• Menu development in conjunction with the Judah Lodge Manager
• Conduct weekly safety meetings with all employees under your supervision.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all kitchen, and storeroom areas
• Food inventories

Pay $22/hour – $30/hour dependent on experience.
