Rate of Pay: $15.84/hr + DOE
Summary
Assists in instruction of children in activities designed to promote social, physical and intellectual growth needed as well as maintains safety and best practices for a child care setting.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred 3 units of ECE/CD or participating in an occupational program conducted by an accredited high school or college. Education and/or Experience are based on the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing for the Child Development Permit Matrix. All coursework must meet the approved standards of Title 22 (101216.1). It is the responsibility of the employee to maintain education and experience qualifications and provide proof of completion to the Tahoe Forest Hospital Human Resources Department and Tahoe Forest Children’s Center Facility director in a timely manner.
