Work in the great outdoors of the Sierra Nevada and then explore this amazing area during your off hours. Located just a few minutes north of Truckee, CA, our private campground, Tahoe Timber Trails, seeks a team for our Assistant Manager and Office Assistant positions.
These full-time positions include on-site housing and utilities in addition to year-round competitive compensation. The Assistant Manager has a supervisory role of workcampers, supports park patrol, assists with the maintenance and repair of all structures, equipment, vehicles, fixtures, furnishings, supplies, and inventory. Requires working knowledge of equipment operation such as backhoes, bobcat, brush cutting devices and similar.
The Office Assistant has general responsibilities for administrative operations in the office. Monitors gate entry, registers guests, processes member requests, prepares and makes bank deposits, coordinates the composition and publishing of the member newsletter, website updates and email blasts. Processes member data in Quickbooks, the system of record, assists with monthly audit, assists with the processing of Membership transfers, posts charges and payments to Member accounts, assesses late charges to delinquent Member accounts and sends Member statements. Must be familiar with Microsoft systems and software.
