Adelaide, the market leader in attention metrics, is looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Coordinator to provide pre-sales support. The SC is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound email activities. The right candidate can initiate relaxed but informative e-mail correspondence with prospects. The right candidate also understands how to assess a company’s needs and cater outreach to each prospect individually.


  • Qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Engage current clients to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
  • Work closely with other sales teams to project manage CRM.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for sales team.
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Adelaide product offerings/solution development skills.


  • Experience with tools: CRM, LinkedIn, Google Apps, Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed team.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently with a high degree of organization.
  • A sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
