PART-TIME: 8:30-5:30, 3-4 days per week May through October.
We are a small family run guide service seeking a personable, self starter Tahoe local with excellent communication and customer service skills, self starter abilities, good sense of humor, good writing skills, basic social media knowledge, knowledge of Gmail and google calendar software. Selected applicant will work with one other person in the office and have their own computer. There will be minimal contact. This person must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure. Our office is non-stop June through September. Primary responsibilities include handling all incoming calls, answering questions regarding tours and rentals, scheduling staff, tour logistics, and handling customer bookings throughout every stage. During the season’s ebb and flow, special projects will be assigned. Possible other projects to be assigned include marketing tasks such as social media updates, blogs, writing press releases, managing and promoting events calendars.
