This position is full time for the winter season commencing mid-November though the end of April. As this position includes assisting in the Men’s Locker Room area teammates must be male. As this position requires basic bartending skills and occasional driving on behalf of the Club, it requires someone 21 or older with a clean driving record.

The Men’s Lounge & Locker Room Attendant assists in providing service to members and their guests in the Men’s Lounge and Locker room.  Duties associated with this position include meeting and greeting Members and Guests; assisting Members and Guests with lockers for daily activities; serving food and beverages within the lounge; communicating effectively with co-workers and management staff; and maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.  The MLR Attendant will seek opportunities to create memories by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and building relationships. Duties directed by Men’s Locker Room Manager.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer services and assistance to all Members and Guests.
• Greet all Members and their Guests, attending to and anticipating their needs.
• Always maintaining the lounge, locker room, and pool in impeccable condition.
• Daily checklist and ongoing maintenance of the lounge and pool area throughout your shift
• Communicate with other departments and management about daily events
• Keep fiscal responsibility and Member satisfaction in mind when making all decisions
• Take part in keeping Martis Camp clean and litter free.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Martis Camp standards
• Always comply with Martis Camp standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient Club operations
• Know the offerings and reservation information available at the Club to share with members.
• Occasional airport pickups and drop offs under the guidance of the Transportation Manager
• Other duties pertinent to MLR operations as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be male and at least 21 years of age to pour and serve alcohol.
• Must have a clean DMV record to drive company vehicles.
• Light food and beverage bar experience.
• Flexible availability: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (this includes marijuana)
• Pre-employment background checks
• Ability to be trained on, use, and understand a basic Point of Sale system
• Ability to get to and from work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must follow all current additional safety guidelines around COVID19.
• Must learn and follow all additional health and safety guidelines and protocols for the safest possible operation
