Ready for a fun summer job? Northstar Property Owners Association is looking for lifeguards at our Recreation Center. Shifts are flexible and can be either part-time or full-time, depending on your needs! We offer great incentives such as use of facility grounds, end of season bonuses, and paying for certifications if working full season.  Our Season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

LIFEGUARDS: Lifeguards actively monitor, survey and control activity around pools, enforcing pool rules and facility policies. They may respond to water related emergencies as well as accidents, injuries, or other types of emergencies affecting the Recreation Center guests; and are responsible for the general overall safety of the Recreation Center facilities. Lifeguards are required to keep pool and surrounding areas clean. This position requires Lifeguard CPR and First Aid certifications. Hourly Wage Up to $20/hr depending on prior experience.

Lifeguards can also perform swim lessons for additional wage.
