We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to be the face of our team, to enthusiastically meet, greet, and register our guests. We want you to help create The Exceptional Experience for our owners and guests. To change the game.

Job Description includes: 

Have regular interaction with owners and guests from the time they arrive on property until they depart.

Process all guest arrivals and departures, possess local area knowledge, and deliver a personalized and accommodating vacation experience for each owner and guest.

Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.

Requirements:

The shift for this position is Thursday- Sunday 8a-5p

Must have great customer service skills

Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour
