Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this position is someone that enjoys working with people. They will be responsible for the maintenance of products and services for retail floor and cashier space with an emphasis on sales, customer service, and customer assistance. The Customer Service Associate will offer courteous and professional customer care while addressing any general inquiries on product rentals, maintenance, and sales. 

COMPENSATION RANGE – $16.50 – $21.00+/hr. DOE

*This position is only open to applicants 18 years of age or older.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the upkeep of products and services throughout the store.
• Engaging in meaningful customer interactions and providing assistance in their purchasing decisions.
• Give detailed explanations of services or products
• Listen and help to resolve customer concerns
• Demonstrate a passion for products in our store
