Compensation range: $35 to $40 per hour; full-time position.

Two or more years of experience with MS Office (specifically Word and Excel) along with strong
secretarial functions (written and verbal skills) are necessary to support Management. Solid
math skills and accounting education with firm knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles necessary to maintain and enforce accounting procedures. 2 or more years of
experience developing bookkeeping/accounting skills will ensure your successful management
of Accounts Receivable and project level accounting. If you have experience with Ajera, that is
Excellent organizational skills with detail orientation as well as strong problem-solving
abilities are fundamental. Good customer-service skills are beneficial in this position. We value

The 40 hours a week are somewhat flexible; the hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm must be worked
Monday through Friday with lunch and paid breaks. This position will provide some back-up to
the Receptionist/Office Manager and will require on-site attendance. Due to the current state
of the pandemic, MWA, Inc. employees are currently in the process of slowly shifting from
teleworking from home back to the office. This position is currently a combination of
teleworking and working in the office. This arrangement is negotiable.
