*Mixer Driver hourly wage: – trainee = $30.33 hr + (OT),  FULLY TRAINED DRIVER = $32.50 hr + (OT) MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE MANUAL TRANSMISSION

*Medical and Dental Insurance for employee paid at 100% by employer after working one month of at least 80 hours.

*Paid Holidays, up to (8) days to employees working during the week the holiday falls on.

*401K Program after 90 days of employment

*Company Retirement Profit-Sharing Plan

*Paid Time Off (PTO) accruals beginning from the first hour worked.

Annual accruals of: 1-4^th year employed – up to 13 paid days, 5-9^th year employed – up to 18 paid days, 10year + employed – up to 23 paid days

*Employer paid DMV medical certificate physical exam

*Annual Boot Purchase Allowance – up to $150 per year, all other PPE provided

*Winter Retention Bonus and End of Year Loyalty Bonus – End of Year Loyalty Bonus = up to $2500, Winter Retention Bonus has guaranteed worked and/or paid hours, up to 80 monthly during winter months and includes insurance.

*Employee Referral Program – Existing employees who refer a qualified driver who is hired and works for TNT for 90 days can receive $500.
