$25/hour 

1. Duties will include:
   1. Mark event courses and routes so that participants can follow them
      1. Must be able to work 90% of events – see schedule

1. Proficient with GPS
   1. Ability to view and follow .gpx routes and courses on a device (I.E. Phone)

1. Carry course marking materials in backpack while riding a mountain bike
   1. Chalk, course marking tape, arrows, supplies
   2. Be able to mountain bike 20+ miles 
   3. Have working, maintained, mountain bike suitable for Tahoe trails
      • Note: We also have Ebikes available

1. Mark the race courses so that participants can clearly follow the routes.
   1. Pick up course marking gear and clean course after event has finished

1. Aid stations
   1. Mark aid station locations on course
   2. Help deploy aid stations, occasionally

1. Occasionally Lead and Sweep participants
   1. Help direct racers, primarily at the start, so courses are followed correctly
   2. Help assist participants if needed
   3. Follow the last participants

1. Inventory of Course Marking gear and supplies
   1. Keep track of Course Marking supplies and note what is needed

1. Volunteer Deployment
   1. Occasionally help to place volunteers along the course route
