The candidate must be able to work in a team environment, build trust, and have a desire for growth.
Strong candidates are quick learners, are proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and are able to learn new technology easily. Previous Customer Service, Homeowner Association Management, or Property Management experience preferred. Attention to detail, superior verbal and written communication skills, and excellent computer skills are essential. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug, credit and background investigation.
